The only way for me to create a mock up is to make the actual item which I cannot complete without payment first. No computer program is used when making hand stamped items. Stating in a note, alone, does not constitute a Rush order. You must contact me before placing your order to arrange a Rush order. If a note is required for customization details, you must leave a note. ***CREMATION JEWELRY***
All ashes are handled with utmost care while at my studio and any unused ashes are sent back with your order. I love it and encourage clients to send me photos of their pets, even though it does make me teary eyed. I actually have a photo book which holds all of the photos and letters I've received over the years of making cremation keepsakes. I hold the book very dear to my heart and it reminds me of why I got started turning ashes into jewelry in 2017.

In March of 2017 my 7 year old son (my youngest of 4 children) died from brain cancer, after only being diagnosed 6 months earlier. This is the absolute worst thing I've ever experienced in my life, and still do every single day when I open my eyes each morning. I knew I needed my baby with me at all times but carrying his Marvel Superhero urn around wasn't practical. This is when I decided to make myself a ring using his ashes. Opening his urn and seeing his cremains was the second hardest thing I've ever experienced in my life. It made everything so real seeing what was left of his little body. Once my ring was made I felt a little more "whole". I still wear that very ring every single day- 24/7 and feel closer to him doing so. Helping others feel a little more "whole" had helped me tremendously in my grief.

I FULLY understand the importance of a pet or loved one's ashes and treat them as I would/do my own child's

*My current processing time for non-cremation items is 3-4 weeks (does not include shipping time). This means your item will be made within 3-4 weeks, then shipped. Shipping time will vary, depending on location. I do offer an upgrade to Priority 1-3 day shipping. Priority Shipping does not speed up the processing of your order, it only speeds up the speed at which USPS handles your package. I also offer a Rush Order Upgrade. Purchasing the Rush Order Upgrade moves your order to the top of my production list and your item will be shipped first class within 3 business days. If you fail to put enough postage on ashes when shipping them to me, you will be required to pay the overdue postage before I can get the package from my post office. Please only send 1 teaspoon of ashes to avoid this.

Penny and quarter items may take longer, as I may have to find the penny year you desire.

Please note that each piece of hand stamped jewelry will look different in it's own way. Because these are hand stamped items, a letter may be darker or slightly crooked. This is what makes hand stamped items so unique. If you are looking for an engraved piece of jewelry, done perfectly by a machine, you've come to the wrong place ;)

I use aluminum, pewter, stainless steel, NuGold, sterling silver, brass, gold, rose gold, and copper to make my jewelry.

Aluminum will not tarnish and it is very very rare for anyone to have an allergic reaction to it. It is also very lightweight and nice for stamping.

Copper, NuGold, brass, and Sterling silver are likely to tarnish over time. Polishing pads are available for your purchase, in my shop.

Pewter is a wonderful alternative to sterling silver as it has beautiful shine and a nice weight to it.

My gold plated and rose gold plated items are 14k.

Due to the slight impression hand stamping leaves on the back side of the pendants, I cannot stamp the backs of them. If additional pendants are needed please contact me and I can send you a link for add-ons.*
*Rustic pet ID tags can be stamped on the back, however please note that the back will be a bit marred from the stamping and stamping may slightly show through to the front*

Refunds are NOT available on cremation, personalized, or custom made items(This includes anything in which the chain is assembled by myself). PLEASE be sure of your purchase before you complete your personalized order.

SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDED if you are returning because you did not like the item.

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

*I have misspelled a name/word (and it is my fault)
*You have received another person's order (yes, this can happen!)

-If I have made a mistake, you will be required to provide proof of my mistake by sending a photo of the item before a new item is sent.

Personalized items will not be refunded, so please order carefully and be sure of the item you want before ordering.

Items that are not personalized or hand stamped will be refunded if returned within 10 days of your receipt, but not before you have received the item, unless the order is cancelled within 48 hours. I do not refund return shipping costs unless the return is because of a mistake on my part. If you do need to return an item because I have made a mistake, please ship the item back FIRST CLASS USPS. Only the cost of FIRST CLASS USPS shipping will be refunded to you.

Do you guarantee your jewelry?

Yes! I guarantee my jewelry in these circumstances:
1. If the letters on your jewelry have started to fade I will refill them for the life of your jewelry.
2. If your cremation ring breaks, I will replace or repair it.
3. If your jewelry ever tarnishes and cannot be cleaned I will replace it.
4. If your chain breaks within the first year, I will replace it, no questions asked.
5. Please contact me with any concerns regarding quality etc. I stand behind my products!

I cannot replace for the following circumstances:
1. Dog ID tags can be lost due to pets being very active. If your tag is lost, I cannot replace it. If you think your dog is more active than most, please ask me for an extra ring on your tag. Copper dog ID tags are the strongest I offer.
2. I cannot replace cuff bracelets due to improper care. Cuff bracelets must be GENTLY adjusted to fit your wrist. You cannot reef on them, they will eventually break!
3. I cannot replace jewelry due to everyday wear and scratches. I will however buff the scratches out for the life of your jewelry.
4. I cannot replace beaded bracelets, however I will repair them.
5. I do not replace jewelry due to neglecting to properly care for your items. Cremation jewelry in which you fill at home MUST be sealed with a permanent adhesive. I cannot replace urns due to not following directions. Adhesive is not included with the urn filling kit, however urns do need to be glued with a permanent adhesive.

All items are shipped first class, uninsured, with tracking. If you would like insurance added to your package, please contact me before or after you've ordered.

**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS***
The buyer is responsible for any customs fees that may occur when your order arrives in your country. Sellers have no way of knowing what/if any customs fees will be charged.

If you receive your order and there is a problem, you MUST contact me within 48 hours of delivery to notify me of mistakes or incorrect or missing items.
